The gap around the door should be even all the way around. The first thing I would do is call Bebops and ask for better fitting doors. I doubt if this will do any good but you'll find out about the way they treat customer complaints and you can let us know how they do business.
To repair it I would glue or tape a piece of a cardboard box to the A pillar and add fiberglas to the front edge of the door. The cardboard keeps the gap even and keeps the glass from sticking to the pillar. Then remove the door to finish sanding the repair.
If the gap is too big you'll have to cut the door post to repair it.
