Jim there is a track style T similar to yours. It's a v8, but what struck me was the paint scheme. It's very close to what you were sketching! If you go with the red/white scallop plan it is going to look fantanstic!
Also another member had used leather belts for hood hold downs, and there is a black model A tub with the leather hold downs!. I think the pros are stealing ideas from you guys!
