Hey Bucs..congrats on your purchase. I also recently purchased a 32 Roadster that was started....and not finished. I been lurking here on the differant forums to get ideas for my car. Also look for the HAMB forums. Lots of great ppl and awesome cars. Gotta any pics of yours?
Not to minimize this site as I find it very helpful and friendly, but another excellent site is the Rodders Roundtable. It is a friendly, helpful forum as well with a number of very experienced people. It is one of the oldest sites on the net. Check it out at www.roddingroundtable.com. As for anything Chevrolet, I highly recommend www.chevytalk.org. I frequent the Performance Forum, and it has been like taking a college class in hotrodding the Chevy V8.
Welcome to CHR bucs! Lots of very knowledgeable builders on the site, and a bunch of members with some very fine Deuces!!! Probably not much on a Deuce build that the 32 owners here on CHR haven't already "been there, done that" on....
Might want to take a look in the photo galleries, too.... Some very nice cars in there to draw ideas from....

Nice Nova, I am also doing my first Deuce (wifes Deuce). have found a lot of great info here. Dont limit yourself to the Deuce Den, I have explored all the different forums on this sight and have got lots of great info and suggestions. Heres a picture of my wifes Deuce, still working on it.

Thanks. I want to NOT make the Rod too nice, but more of a HOT ROD that is nice and tough! But not too nice.....
Plans are decent interior about $2,500 to $5,000. Blown 350 or 383, big 325/50/15 or 29x15.5x15 tires with some older style wheels and nice paint. Focal point will be engine and tires.
If you run into any problems or have any questions there is always someone here with an answer or suggestion. If anyone knows that I do.......:whacked:
