    Question JAG Front suspension.

Hellow everyone, I am new here so please be nice :-)

I am over here in the UK, building a 32 from scratch. Due to funny old UK law I need to use front and rear suspension from the same (donor) car, and I am using the axels from a Jag xjs.

Does anyone have any pictures of this suspension on the front. The reason I ask is that on the Jag the suspension is not perpendicular to the chassis but it converges towards the back of the car. Why did jag do this ?

I have hopefully included a file for you to see what i mean.
    thanks for any help.
    regards

I'v never worked on a Jag front end. it sounds like your best option is to use a traditional solid rear axle, and I beam front end, that way everything will fit like it should.. your file did not come through
You don't know what you've got til it's gone

Here are some pics I snagged somewhere as I was inerested in the jag rear for my '32. This car had jag front and rear set-up. I am not sure of yr or if it is xjs but maybe these will be of some help. Hope I can get them posted, I could not see your files.

Contact Jerry Kugel, he was doing Jag pieces all the way back in the '60s, nobody knows more about adapting this stuff to early rods than him; Welcome to Kugel Komponents
