Horney?????
Hey, guys what are you using for loud horns under your deuces or A's? I'm not wanting trumpet air horns because space is very limited and I do not want any chromed plastic horns like those sold on ebay. I would like 2 horns that are LOUD so if you have to use them people will hear you not like some motorcycle horns which are not very loud. Horns that have bling to them would be okay with me. The two horns will be mounted in an area which will have a little heat so that is of a concern too! Thanks for your help, pictures would be appreciated, and a website would hit the nail on the head.

Yep, title got my attention too.
I HAVE to have a working horn on all my cars because I got nuts when I am sitting at a redlight and the guy in front of me doesn't turn on red and just sits there.
The horn in my ex-wifes car was broken and I asked her how the heck she drove that car without it and she said she never used it!!
I just bought a set of those dual electric horns and mounted them under the body out of sight. They are still loud enough to be heard.

Good offer
Well Barb my ole heart my not take it, but IF you were running a Blue Light Special perhaps I might risk it!!!!! Still horney here and seeking a loud sounding horn that looks killer too, but one that is not made out of chromed plastic. Thanks for the reply. I'm certain one of our fellow members will know which way to guide me. I was worried that you might be leading me astray!!!!

I don't have an A or a 32, but on my 34 Plymouth I run a Roadrunner horn. Beep Beep!
On the 57 I have the stock horn (one very loud horn) and a wolf whistle the same as Denny described.Bob
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail....but a true friend will be sitting next to you saying..."Damn....that was fun!

I used one from SoCal and secured it with the firewall to frame mounting bolts. It was under $30, looks pretty good and is loud enough for me

Now that brings back some memories from when I was a teen. Cousin of mine had a Hillman Minx with one of those. The whistle runs off engine vacuum and the Minx was so gutless that every time he blew the whistle the car would lose about 10 MPH.

Vaccum??
If the Wolf Whistle runs off vacuum then I am SOL because I am running a hyd. roller cam with so little vacuum that I can't even run a power booster for my brakes. I'm using hydraulic brakes. Guess maybe I will have to carry an air cannister inside my roadster to use as a horn like those hand held air horns people use at sporting events.

I've got a step or two better these Wolo horns in black - now - where on your Brookville are you going to mount them

So Cool!
Hey Big Truck...that was so cool and that guy's humor matches mine. I bet there were some wet spots on the pavement that night when those young ladies were doing their dancing when they were startled. If I had room to mount train horns on my roadster you can bet your bottom dollar I would have them.

It would be nice if this up and down crap would cease.
