Thanks for the help on the o2 sim. I think they might work. Car is actually a 54 chevy wagon but I always look at the deuce den so I wasn't completely honest. I do have a bb chevy deuce highboy so I hope that's okay. Rumrum is right on the rules in Illinois. Transplants are not questioned by the state. It's really not a big problem here.
