I have decided to go with hidden hinges for a cleaner look. My question is how much of a big project will this be and what should I look out for? I am sure some of you have already did this change up so I would love to get some feedback as to what to look out for. Thanks for sharing your experience. **) **)
It's not too bad of a project, done a few of them. Big thing to remember is keep the hinge pins vertical and perfectly in line with each other. Hagan's come with a good set of instructions, too. Watch the clearance when the door is open, make sure you get the hinges to the outside of the car as far as possible to give you more clearance between the back of the door and the body side....

Make sure these fit your Brookville roadster body - they would NOT 3 years ago without MAJOR mods to the door and the post. Get the dims before you buy. If they now have a set that fit, have fun.
Only problem on back suicide doors on the 48 DeSoto, is the door does not open as wide as before? I don't know if that has anything to do with the fact they are suicide.
