Lose the teflon. Get new copper washers and make sure there is no burr left on the caliper or hose end. I usually take a very fine file and make a very light pass over both sides of the washers just to make sure there is no burr that will screw up the seal.PLANET EARTH, INSANE ASYLUM FOR THE UNIVERSE.
