Used to live in Richardson, work at TI, buy Corvettes and Z/28s at Carter Chevrolet in McKinney. Bought a 34 Chevy truck for $25 on the West side of McKinney once....that farm is probably full of houses now.
We used to drag race on LBJ Freeway.....come to a full stop and run off. If you stopped in a lane now, you'd be hit by 1000 cars.
In McKinney, there used to be a lot of cool older cars hiding in barns or the junkyards in Princeton.

Rod,
That is absolutely awesome. Everything on that car is spot on. Those boys whose cars you see in the magazines every other week have nothing on you, man.
Still hoping I can drop by in November when I'm in Frisco.Jack

Howdy Rockn,
The car looks awesome.
Looks like you are running headers/sidepipes .........
Are those store bought? I bought some Sanderson's for my roadster and left side is a tad snug (muffler) to the frame. It looks like I see a fresh set of welds on yours to maybe address this.......
Did you have to do some extra work to make yours sweet??
Thanks, Regards, Kitz
