Several years ago I read a comparo (in Hot Rod?) that tested a few brands. The winner was an OEM unit from a turbo Corvair! Least back pressure and quiet. Every time I'v had to rework exaust I have used these. I just had a pair put on my 351 and I like 'em! Nice burble at idle, very smooth at speed. And the price is right.
