If you want an orginal grill insert there are only two available. Vintique make a decent quality insert that fits ok. That is what Mac's is selling for $220. The best one is made by Dales Mfg. in OK. It is a primo piece and fits great. It costs about $350. Both are available with or without crank hole32 highboy roadster with 401 Buick, 4 speed and V-8 Quick Change
