A lot of Pro shops have left goods & extra's for sale..I build my own engines and have picked up a LOT of good stuff from the speed shops, from BEHIND the counter. These are from people coming in and ordering work to be done & never picking it up.
Your "two cents worth" is just about that as it has NOTHING to do with this thread. The guy asked how to with a budget.

The first link has a 300HP 350ci for 1499.95 plus tax. But you really should look through thier site. Send them an e-mail about what you have and what you could do with it. They have great advice, just like the guys here. And have the parts on hand.
Oh yea, they also have individual parts like cranks, heads, pistons, etc. In my opinion they are a little high on carbs.
