Hi Room! - If there is anyone here familiar w/California emissions rules I would greatly appreciate some advise. I want to put a 350 SBC in a 1946 Ford - Probably a mild crate version - 330 hp or so - am I going to have to do the whole emissions thing with converters, etc? Does the 1977 and newer Rule apply?
