    Head Torque Specs?

    Building a 350:
    Edelbrock aluminum e-tec 200 heads
    fel pro gaskets
    ARP bolts

What torque spec do I use?
The head and gasket 'instructions' say nothing.
The ARP bolts have instructions...that are confusing and contradictory. They say to use ARP moly, no other moly, and to torque to 65 ft lbs, but with alum heads, to torque to 60.
If using motor oil on the threads, then torque to 85 ft lbs. No mention of aluminum heads here...so stick with 85, do 65 or ??

    HELP!

that says 65. will go with that. i tried google and the edelbrock site and got HP and torque at google and nothing at edelbrock.

    thanks!

interesting that the site says max vavle lift of .575, but the papers in the heads says .600. not that we are going anywhere near there of course.
