it depends on the engine. a run of the mill 327 or 350, about 4500, a hyd. cam factory performance, around 5000. a factory 300 HP 327 or LT-1 350 6000- 6500 RPMs
ive gotten my 327 up to around 6500 before. but thats when i was racing with it.
