Nope, I have just done a few cylinders random, just to verify that there wasn't any wonky patterns.
Again, if there is any serious angle problems that would cause you concern, it's usually an expensive fix to move a lifter bore to correct a bad angle. And GM - Ford Chrysler, etc etc got really good years ago at producing a reliably square product. Otherwise cars would be worn out before 100K miles like they used to back in the 60's & 70's.
