Wow, I'm sorry I missed this whole thread ! I don't know enough to give advice about building motors so I never checked it out, I kept seeing replies so I though I'd check it out. You did a killer job bringing that old square body back to life! I love it! Your engine detailing it amazing and your hard work paid off! That Schwinn looks like it would be a blast to ride as well!
I've helped on many, many projects, but I think this one turned out the best. Memories of this build will last each of you through your lifetimes and will set the mood for bigger and more complex projects together in the future. :D

The last thing you will want to do is to nail down the ignition timing, centrifugal advance and vacuum advance. I wrote this several years ago, then some of the other guys on the forum pitched in with their ideas. It turned out to be a pretty good tutorial for spark timing, which can make the difference between a motor that runs great and a motor that just runs.

I've set initial to 14 degrees with total @ 32. Runs outstanding from off idle and up, very crisp!
