My friend, Some of the folks here asked you quite a few pertinent questions that you never provided an answer to. I suggest you go back to the beginning of the thread, read all of the questions, and answer the ones that you missed. Asking new questions without that just causes more confusion. These guys are really trying to help you.
In answer to your last question, if measure everything, including bore diameter and taper, piston diameter and ring gap, then follow proper assembly procedure, it won't happen again. Assumptions blow more engines than bad parts.
