Engine went bad overnight?!?!?

Yesterday i cranked up my 350 everthing was normal oil pressure good started right up. Went to start it today just to movie it it wouldnt start after a few tries got it to fire and no oil pressure! Wont idle missfires. And backfired through my intake. Sounded horrible. What the fuck litterally changed nothing since it ran fine yesterday.
