Hi, does anybody have an idea of why a 350 engine would piston slap when warm and above 3200 RPMs? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Pistons installed backwards on rods. Rods installed backwards with pistons correct on rods (although this would create one hell of a problem with rod side clearance on the crankpin). One or more pistons cracked. Excessive piston to bore clearance for the type of piston used. Might also be one or more wrist pins causing the noise. Hopefully you're not mis-identifying detonation.
.
Inthe case of detonation..what could be causing it?
its probably rod knock------------
Engine is a reman..everything is new.
When cold..no noises at all. Even when I floor it. The noise starts after running for aroun 15 min under load.
warrantee it-
