The stock bottom end would be hard pressed to handle a single turbo, let alone twins. Turbocharges require a special grind cam, and a carb that is specifically calibrated for a turbo (called a blow-through carb). Also, your stock ignition system won't be up to the task of lighting off a mixture that is under that much pressure. Just a rough guess, but if you had an engine up to the task of handling twin trubo's, the cost of a twin turbo system alone would be somewhere north of $4k......
