    i would think it.s the end of the line were its part of the pan with no sump under the rods /mains would take longer to recover the oil for the oil pickup to get it . like number #1and #3 crank rod /oil hole drilled wrong will pass oil you did check this i think this was the first post on this were i said i hand a new crank that was like this never made it to the engine . the oil hole was not covered by the rod bearing shell you may want to check that . or see if number 1 pin and number 4 pin are drilled some crank s all pins are helps with bob weight but they may of drill threw the oiling for the rods
