Welcome to CHR, Chris. I'd think that asking around town for a reputable small, independent mechanic shop would be the way to go, but it's not going to be cheap and likely won't be quick. The story, "I've got all the parts...." is about like answering the ad that says, "It was running when I parked it...." :eek::mad::rolleyes: Unless you bagged every nut, bolt and washer, marked clearly with what they're for your "pile of parts" is like a puzzle, and sorting through what's what and what's missing is a huge headache - which of these 3/8" bolts is the right one for this bracket, the one 1" long, 1.5" long or this little short one?? Did it have a flat washer AND a lock washer, just a split lock washer or maybe this one with the internal "star"? You also need to be prepared that since you're taking in an assembled block & heads, no one is going to take responsibility for your engine. They have zero idea what's inside, whether things were properly torqued or not, or even if the right gaskets & seals were used.
You'd be a lot better off finding a buddy that really knows what he's doing and spending a few nights and weekends putting it back together with his/her help. But one piece of advice - don't provide beer until after the job is done. :HMMM:;):LOL:
