Carb????????/type and size-fuel pump??????????electric/manual/pressure regulator????????Headers????????Dist timing??? firing order???/crossed wires?????????
Spray some starting fluid into to see if it helps( I've made my wifes car start/run on her mothers hair spray once when the fuel pump went bad----------
Vacuum leak sounds likely.
Valves set properly? Ignition timing? Air : Fuel Mixture?
My first thought was valves, but vacuum leak sounds more likely.
