    Hey anyone with horsepower advice. I am considering having my rollerblock bored 40 over with kiethblack flattops,have the block decked, and convert to a 6 inch rod but I'm wondering will I tell a big enough performance differance to be satisfied with the amount I will be spending. Anyone???

    Jerry makes sense with his stroker advice. Otherwise, I think you're just kidding yourself. Boring +0.040" and decking the block are part of the procedures you would do in the whole scheme of a performance build, but in and of themselves, I would consider them a waste of time and money unless the motor is just worn out and needs to be freshened up.
