400 sbc
Hi, i need some advise, I bought stock 73 400 sb with about 60,000 miles ten years ago. The parts that i put in this motor are, 272- 454 lift cam, lifters, valve springs, hirise manifold,750 carb,1.5 inch headers, Hei distributor, timing chain. The car has a 350 trans, 8.2 10bolt rear with 3.55 gears. This is a street car that i bring to the track about 3 times a year, its best time is 13.60. I bought a fresh set of 041 heads with 1.94 valves, will my compression ratio be to high with my stock pistons. Thanks.
It is a new aftermarket one, new, but not packaged. It came with the dipstick. Chrome, about 7 1/2" long with a bend in it.
SB distributor won't fit
