Roger - might give it a try. I pulled the MSD distributor today to change the rate of advance (slower) and 'lost my way' as far as gear tooth position, didn't have to fuss today plus it started raining for the first time in a month. I've always used the thumb in #1, which works, but, depending on time constraints tomorrow, may just try that bubbler (GC are going to the beach with grand mom and want a ride )
