    run the piston to TDC then push the piston down so there not rock measurse that then split that should be close .i deck with the BHJ tru -deck setup . that is how i do them . i would deck most all of your number off leave it 010 in the hole then go to a composite head gasket . not a steel shim B.S . no the finish on the heads will not fly it has to be much better then that .for cutting the lifter bores tops a key way cutter works for what
