350 chevy

I have a 350 chevy motor that is in a 69 toyota landcruiser, carb leaks fuel ,so carb was rebuild carb still leaks. The shop that rebuild the carb now says fuel pressure is too high. Holley off-road avenger carb ,red electric holley fuel pump 97gph free flow
67gph a 5psi, no regulator and the preset pressure is 7psi. Any suggestions ???

put a stock mechanical chev pump on it

I would take the engine outer that rusty piece of japanese scrap toilet paper and put it into something worthy of have it.LOL.LOL. Oh,that should also fix the fuel problem too.
