If your running it strictly track .060 over is just fine but with more bore are you going to do anything with the heads? My own application was 40 over and took a set of stock heads and punched em out to 202 to matchup with the cam and the valve train components. Just something to think about. Personally I started at the crank and built up from there to maximize each piece of the engine during assembly
