heater hose??????????????????? help
My smallblock chevy motor has a (extra) heater hose going to (THE BACK OF THE INTAKE)
then it connects to my heater core.
What if I block if off. Will it effect my engine cooling?

It should`nt, but you won`t have any heater.Toys

Kids in the back seat may cause accidents, accidents in the back seat may cause kids, so no back seat, no accidents...!

what intake do you have. my bb caddy has that hole but it is for a vacumn not the heater. if it is the vacumn you can block it off. I am running a edelbrock intake for the 472.BARB

So installing the trex bed wood got me thinking about all the heat from the exhaust and the possible melting of the wood. Also noticed the floor on the passenger side getting hot on a warm day. So...
