350 Balancer/internal/external?????

I'm still hanging around reading and learning so I want to thank all of y'all for some great info i have soaked up.
But now I have a new question.
I have been looking at crank kits for my 88 1pc seal block.
Heres my question: Are all OEM 350 NOT internaly balanced? My 88 block IS internaly balanced is it not?

Do i need to rethink something here?

the dampers are the same so the front of the crank is internal but on the one pc seal cranks have to be external in the back of crank from lack of weight thats needs to be on the flywheel older350 two pc crank engines were internal

I have looked at the flex plate and found no weights on it. So just to be safe I am going to have the whole rotating assy balanced to be sure it right.

if its is a 350 1 pc rear seal small bolt patternOEM crank it need s the weight on the wheel
