    well i have used howards stuff it is ok i really do not want to say much on here what i think about thereI beam bbc rods there cranks are ok but seeing how Callies machines them for Howards why not just buy one form them there comp star line would hold up ok BUT you should think about using a BBC snout on the sbc crank to drive the blower .i built the 383 with the 5.7 H scat beam rod used a scat steel 4340 crank . JE shelf piston custom ERSONs roller cam and brodix heads for a ANGLiA i built for a guy. or just stop in to CROWER and buy every thing from them when your in the states there rods and cranks are some of the best you can buy
