What is the procedure?
remove the balancer pull old seal out , install new seal. you will need to have a puller and installer for balancer.
nice to have a driver to put the seal in driver can be made or if you have some very big deep sockets or if you know some one with a lathe can cut one out of hard wood or metal . or pipe with a plate welded to end drive it .it will need to be nice and flat wider then the seal face so you do not cup it and pop the spring out of the back of the new seal
