It all depends what you like or prefer: Edelbrock or Holley. Personally, I use an Edelbrock 750 on my 383. There is nothing wrong with a Holley 750. I have had both, and for a street rod or cruiser, I prefer Edelbrock. They get a little better gas mileage once they are dialed in. Now if you are going to drag race, then I would recommend Holley. Holley's can make a little more power and there are more elements to manipulate in order to dial it in more exactly.
