    yep i machined and built mud runners engines alot of bbc .you can cam it if the flow numbers are good up there at 700 .but i would cool that abit on lift less you like buying valve springs . your going to be looking at a small base cam core. i would work on getting as much cr you can get with what you have as for 700 HP ? well every thing would have to be right on them heads will need some work . i am thinking along with a good intake
