I have tried to use PB blaster but that so far has not worked. It's not rounded off yet.

Use a good quality 6 point socket, and a long breaker bar. I keep a 3 foot pipe that I can slide over the breaker bar handle for additional leverage if the bar alone won't budge it. An impact socket is best.

Before going after it with a long bar, I'd have a buddy hold a 4-6 inch length of solid 1/2 inch steel rod on the head of the bolt with a pair of Channel-Locks while I gave it a good beating with a BFH. If you just go after it with brute force without trying to break the corrosion connection with vibrations, you stand a chance of twisting the bolt off at the deck. Just my opinion. :3dSMILE:

We just had one at work where a couple of the head bolts were so rusted (marine engine) that we had to cut off the head with a die grinder, remove the head, and then heat and vice grip the bolt out.
