    Solid or Spring Loaded Stud Girdles?

     



    i don't know what the pros or cons for these two different kinds of girdles. suggestions??? input????

    not really i have used both and the old U bolt bars.i used only use jomars bars .you can see there bars in my photos for the sbc and bbc the new sbc is a very nice bar
