    Pulled bad cam out.

Finally started taking motor apart to change bad cam, haven't changed one in along time..
Started pulling cam out and forgot to take fuel pump off..
Didn't know what parts were in the motor, bought the Vette and never got any info about the motor, well I thought it was a solid/mechanical flat tappet, it's a solid/mechanical roller...
Two lobes and two roller lifters are bad, the parts are Comp cams.
The cam that's in her is 300A-R10, when I did a search on Comp site, it came up as a Ford 429/460 cam :roll-eyes I don't think so, not in SBC. I'll call Comp in the morning.

    Heres some pic's
    Wiped lobe.....
    and one more going....

I'm thinking of putting a not so radical cam back in, the problem is with my Brodix heads, the Brodix intake range is 4000 to 8000..
I do have a Weiand Stealth range is 1500 to 6700 I'll have to see if it will fit.
    Any suggestions:huh:
