    I'm a firm believer in matched components. Get the Edelbrock Performer RPM cam to go with your intake and carb. Edelbrock put lots of $$$ into research to make those components work well together. On the head side, it's hard to find a better bargain on a performance head than the GM Vortecs. They outperform just about every stock small block head that Chevy has ever produced.
