So I'm looking to build a 350 for a 72 Monte Carlo. I want it around 500hp to the wheels. It will be turbocharged. I've been looking around for some low compression pistons for a 350 and I have found a few. But the lowest compression ive seen is around 8.5:1. Would that be low enough for a twin turbo 350? I'm use to imports, so I'm not clueless to engines in general. But when it comes to american muscle and forced induction, me and my dad are both clueless. And shops around here are no use. They keep suggesting bigger is better and the bottle. . Not what I'm looking for. So if anyone could offer a little advice, or point me in the right direction, that would be great!
