I know of many Hemi's that have been bored .125 (1/8") it depends on the motor.
But I also have seen motors that were junked because of being bored to much, or need the water jacket to be filled.

Thats why you use a sonic checker and have the bores offset bored to increase over bore ability .....:D

I have heard of guys going .085 on the non thrust walls in the thin spots in a few bores and using a half fill with decent sucess..... now how much flex and loss of hp ...who knows ,probably some for sure.
