Agree it's a ground problem. Besides checking the wiring, also check the bulb socket for corrosion, or a loose fit in the housing. That socket is part of the ground circuit.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
