    350 build, need more help

I was wondering if any of these top end kits would be a good start.

I priced out a lot of the AFR, Dart and COMP set ups that you guys suggested and they were getting pretty pricey!! Like I said before I want to put a Chev 350 into my Model A Rod, I'm looking for more lower end torque out of my '75 1/2 ton motor. I would like to use the original crank and rods, I'll get it bored and new pistons/rings (any suggestions here). One of the tech guys at summit suggested an Edelbrock top end kit and 600 carb (obviously for ease of tuning). I was thinking this one:

What else would I need if I were to go this route (besides a good manual ).

    Thanks again,
    Sean
