I have an opportunity to purchase a Dollorto Quad carb(Dollorto 44) / Manifold set up for a small block Chev. 327/ 350hp basically stock.

Have always liked the look of these carbs but am not really familiar with them.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of set up?

Streetability, reliability, setup difficulty, performance etc.

Would it be too much carb for my motor or can they be manipulated to suit?

Only use the car for cruising, no racing.

Currently have the original carb (Holley) and manifold set up on engine, but bored with that look.

Any input would be appreciated.
