what i find funny is that everybody is all preechy about bigger is better well then lets all go build 500 caddys, there cheap easy to find and then we can all be the same :D  wow i am in a fiesty mood tonight. erick with all due respect if your so hip on bigger is better then why arent you building 406's instead of 383's ?????
The last couple 383's I have built have done well over 500 hp on pump gas with hyd. roller cams.Quote:

those cars are the worst thing to hit the face of the earth period. i dont care what they do or how much power they make. i hand out the time slips and the turbo hondas with 10k int hems till run 17's and 16's. the ones that run 11's have 50 k intot hemand they are buttass ugly and sound like a big fart! im sorry but dont get me going on those piles or trash.
Sure it can be done but it would be rather expesive and a stock block would not be my first choice.Quote:

Well,,,,then I have an urge also:whacked: It's either a 377 or a large journal 327 crank in an overbored 400 block. This doesn't make me a 'closet' bigblock lover does it? I just want the high rpm capability.Quote:

As for naming a bunch of dudes from the 60's, I was there and probably couldn't remember much more then 10 given a day to think about it.... Don't really see what it has to do with going fast in a quarter mile though?????Quote:
