    i use 600 wet/dry with WD40 and go over the lifter body and the face with sand paper so no Hi spots they need to turn FREEEEE in the bores . sometimes the face is abit to rough do not try the change the face. lay the sand paper on some thing thats flat and sand them in a small circle wash and blow dry. more then one time... then add molly or cam lube only to the lifter face not the lifter body... use oil on the body or the lifter bores there you have all my tricks well almost
