Getting all the timing all good to go, we had to take the cover off of the firewall and unplug the timing plug, which I think retards it 10 degrees, and then you set your timing, and then plug it back in, etc. Hows this going to work together?

The timing computer will be totally out of the system, just an Ignition source 12V+ wire to the distributor is all you'll need. The post beside it is the hookup for the tach lead.
