Thread: pro stock intake

i recently purchased A 23 DEGREE aluminum intake ,has port work everywhere
neatly done,however the intake say PRO/STOCK ON FRONT/ BACK OF IT,
I WAS WONDERING WHO MAKES THESE. no numbers,casts etc,?can someone help?

In the mid-late 70's several of the Warehouse Distributors around the country sold Generic goodies with the Pro/Stock label, the valve covers & intakes mostly came from Weiands foundry,there were plug wires,headers,cams,made by various companies and the quality was very good and the prices much better than the name brands.I was managing speed shops in those days and the come back was almost zero.
