You didn't finnsh all the information.
What piston you have? Dome or flat top and dish?
What fuel are you plan on burning?

Oh, sorry bout that.
Flat top pistons, 91 octane here at sea level in so. Calif.
Is it advisable to run a hotter plug with aluminum heads?

The last number on the Autolite plug part number it the heat range, so you need to run three or four un the heat range.. I would start out three first and if the motor skip little while driving the step up one number until it runs smooth. If you are running a 350 to got 10:1 compression.
